When it comes to milk-based coffees, getting your espresso is so important. That’s why we’ve curated this blend, to deliver a great, well-balanced espresso base, designed to work well with any milk.
Milk has tendency to act as an inhibitor to origin flavours, so we’ve blended one of our slightly darker roasted coffees to give that added level of ‘roastiness’ to the overall cup, delivering a delicious bold coffee flavour – but without the bitterness of a really dark roast. The result? A rich, creamy texture with notes of chocolate, nuttiness with hints of caramel and a sweet-citrus acidity to really balance the cup. Delicious.

Espresso: 18g coffee in, 36g coffee out in 30 seconds.
Filter / v60: 18g coffee, 300ml water, 4 mins brew time.
French Press (cafetiere) 18g coffee, 300ml water, 4 mins brew time.
Aeropress (Inverted method): 17g coffee, bloom 100ml water for 1 minute, top with 150ml, plunge slowly @ 3 mins for 30 seconds.
