We are Good Vibes Coffee. I say we, it’s really just me, Scott as a one-man band outfit, but with the (very much appreciated!) help of family and friends as and when they can. So yes, you guessed it, I’m the owner, the barista, the coffee roaster, the operations director, CEO and whatever other title you want to throw into the mix.

Good Vibes Coffee is the birthchild of an immense passion for coffee. It all started back in 2018 when I finally set to work on pursuing what was a pipe dream to build a mobile coffee van. The van, Rochelle as she is known, I launched out the back of the great lockdown of 2021 – remember that? Yeah weird times, huh. So anyway I launched in May 2021 and immediately immersed myself into a world of wonder and belonging.

It always part of the bigger picture for me that I’d eventually make Good Vibes Coffee more than just a mobile coffee van, it would become a brand. I’m not talking a Starbucks level brand here, but a brand that represented the ethos of what Good Vibes Coffee is. As a friend once said to me “It’s not just the great coffee, the beautiful van, or you as a person, it’s the whole package. That’s what we love about Good Vibes Coffee”, and that’s just it for me. Without wishing to sound pretentious or big-headed, Good Vibes Coffee is more than just a coffee van, or a great flat white, it’s about the experience, and the passion that comes through from doing what you love.

So here we are, it’s 2024 and after spending a few years honing my craft as a mobile barista in the field as well as working within the speciality coffee industry through other coffee business, the time has come to take the venture to the next level with coffee roasting.
