In 2024 we teamed up with Bishop & Miller Auctions and St Elizabeth Hospice to release a small number of this specially-created blend for the Ed Sheeran charity auction, and a number of people asked us if it’d ever be available again, so we’ve brought it back as a fantastic way to donate to a good cause in the way of drinking some great coffee.
We’re talking a wonderfully smooth, complex blend of South and Central American coffees. Rich in chocolate and nuts with a mild sweet acidity. The kind of brew that’ll leave you feeling good, yet slightly sad that you’ve just finished your last sip.
For every bag sale, we’ll donate 50p per 250g or £2 per kilo to St Elizabeth’s Hospice

Origins: Brazil, Mexico
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Caramel, Praline and Maple Syrup.
Best for: Espresso, Aeropress, French Press
Brew Ratios:
Espresso: 18g coffee in, 36g coffee out in 30 seconds.
Filter / v60: 18g coffee, 300ml water, 4 mins brew time.
French Press (cafetiere) 18g coffee, 300ml water, 4 mins brew time.
Aeropress (Inverted method): 17g coffee, bloom 100ml water for 1 minute, top with 150ml, plunge slowly @ 3 mins for 30 seconds.
