A classic Mexican washed coffee from the well-renowned coffee growing region of Chiapas. Tasting notes of pecan nuts and toffee.

There’s something about a Mexican coffee that excites us, and we’re really pleased with this little beauty. It’s roasty, it’s nutty, it’s sweet, it’s the perfect all-rounder for the coffee drinker.

Grown in well-renowned coffee-growing region of Chiapas, which is on the Atlantic side of the country. A plantation shaded by the natural forest canopy, a canopy which holds an abundance of local plant species and fertile breeding grounds for birds and small mammals. A classic sun-dried Mexican washed coffee giving it that signature nutty, brown sugar taste you find in most Mexican arabicas. We’ve roasted this on the slightly darker side which produces a clean tasting finish and medium body, which combines beautifully with milk to produce great lattes and cappuccinos. For the more daring coffee drinker, we recommend enjoying as a straight espresso to really appreciate that sweet moment of molasses and cinnamon that show through.
