Our ‘Christmas blend’ is our own recipe of Brazil single-origin coffee, that we infuse for 48 hours with high quality Sri Lankan Alba-grade Ceylon Cinnamon sticks and juicy Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Pods. After infusion we blend the coffee with a dose of our Christmas spice mix; which consists of a recipe of ground alba-grade ceylon cinnamon, ground Indian green cardamom, ground Jamaican all-spice and a hint of ‘sweet cinnamon’ cassis cinnamon.
Whilst all of our coffee’s can be enjoyed however you choose, we recommend this blend as a cafetiere (french press) brew.

Brew Ratios:
- Espresso: 18g coffee in, 36g coffee out in 30 seconds.
- Filter / v60: 18g coffee, 300ml water, 4 mins brew time.
- French Press (cafetiere) 18g coffee, 300ml water, 4 mins brew time.
- Aeropress (Inverted method): 17g coffee, bloom 100ml water for 1 minute, top with 150ml, plunge slowly @ 3 mins for 30 seconds.
Note: If ordering ground for Aeropress, we recommend ordering filter grind.
