Typically with natural coffees from Brazil you’ll get tasty notes of chocolate and nuts, but we roast this particular beauty on the lighter side to really bring out that flavoursome acidity that this coffee delivers. Grown in the world famous coffee-growing region of Cerrado, in the south of Brazil, the Minas Gerais is a great example of a true Brazilian natural. Delivering a delightful and well-bodied taste of that classic Brazilian ‘nutty chocolate’ but with gentle notes of stone fruits and hint of vibrancy on the palate. A truly great all-rounder for all brew types.
