Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We want to get your freshly roasted coffee to you as quickly as possible, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) – £3.50
- FREE Delivery on all orders over £50
Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery once dispatched. We’ll send you tracking information so you can follow your coffee’s journey to your door.
Coffee Club Subscriptions: Your monthly delivery will be dispatched around the same date each month, keeping you topped up with fresh coffee without lifting a finger.
Please note: Our last order date before Christmas is 18th December. Any orders placed after this will be dispatched when we return on Monday 5th January 2026.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your coffee, but we understand things don’t always go to plan.
Unopened Products
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return any unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Just drop us an email at hello@goodvibescoffee.co.uk and we’ll sort out the return for you. Please note that you’ll need to cover the return postage costs.
Opened Products
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of opened coffee, chocolate, or chai products. We’re sure you understand!
Something Wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right – whether that’s a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and contents before opening and email us at hello@goodvibescoffee.co.uk. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund straight away.
